The seasonally-driven menu at Bistro Aix, a lusty mix of regional French and Mediterranean specialties punctuated with the flavors of California's wine country, is Executive Chef Tom Gray's modern vision of classic dishes.

Venture into inspired creations such as Grilled Tuna over Whipped Potatoes, Baby Spinach, Lemon-Garlic Butter and Chive Oil, or Lamb Tenderloin on Roasted Eggplant, Potatoes, Charred Tomatoes and goat Cheese Cream. Soups, salads, thin-crust pizzas from the wood-fired oven, risottos and homemade pastas, round out the offerings. On the sweet side, Bistro AIX's in-house pastry chef turns out classic profiteroles, tortes, cakes and cookies worthy of their own fan club.

With over 250 selections available by the bottle and 50 by the glass, Bistro AIX's wine list has been specifically crafted to offer guests a variety that is both familiar and inventive. Rewarding wine lovers with an international mix of old world and cutting edge styles, tried-and-true favorites as well as the avant-garde, we have selections in a variety of sizes, vintages and price points to compliment every item on our menu. All of our wines are carefully stored in our temperature and humidity-controlled wine cellar, ensuring the best quality and flavor of your selection.
